What the hell are our rescue people doing? Why do these poor people not have any water after 2 days??? This is unacceptable!!!!!!!
WE have helicopters in the area that can lift greater than 20 tons, why are we not using them??? We need to get them there now, not in a few days. If we can't get any better responce then this from the people that are supposed to know how to get it done, then step aside and I will manage the project. I can leave Portland in 2 hours.
